She works as a specialized MC in arts and culture and also serves as a moderator and speaker, while contributing as a columnist covering topics related to art and technology.
Her experience includes serving as a news anchor for an economic broadcasting station, leading a team as a senior researcher at a startup, and teaching art at an alternative school. Currently, Minji is a visiting professor at Kyonggi University. Professor Myung-Ju Kang is a leading figure in applied mathematics and deep learning research. After earning her Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from UCLA, she joined the faculty at Seoul National University in 2003, where she has been actively engaged in research in applied mathematics and deep learning. Her dedication to both academia and education is evident through her roles as Chair of the Department of Mathematical Sciences, a member of the AI Interdisciplinary Program Committee, and Director of the Computational Science Program.
Professor Kang leads the Numerical Analysis & Image Analysis Lab, where she is committed to nurturing future generations of scholars. Her exploration into the intersection of mathematics and art began a decade ago with the Dynamics Structure & Fluid project, which brought together mathematicians and artists to explore new possibilities. Currently, her research focuses on developing the mathematical foundations for video models in generative AI, uncovering the mathematical principles behind AI, and interpreting large-scale data, contributing significantly to the theoretical aspects of deep learning.

Dr. Hong graduated from the Department of Physics at Seoul National University and received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in the joint program in History and Philosophy of Science. He served as an assistant professor and associate professor (tenured) in the Institute of the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology at the University of Toronto from 1994-2003, and joined the College of Life Sciences at Seoul National University from 2003-2022, where he conducted teaching and research in the History and Philosophy of Science Program. In 2022, he moved to the Department of Science Studies at Seoul National University, where he served as the first chair of the department. He is the author of <Hong Sungook’s STS, Listening to Science>, <Cross Science>, and <Paik Nam June Paik and Techno-Art>, and co-editor of <Science Challenging Science>, and co-translator of <The Structure of Scientific Revolution> and <Against Nature>, among others. His recent research interests include understanding technologies such as artificial intelligence through the concept of “companion species,” STS understanding of technological disasters, and the co-casting of the heavy chemical industry and Korean society in the 1970s.

Psients is a scientist-turned-artist exploring the intersection of biology, sound, and music. His work centers on developing and performing alongside a new kind of 'living' instruments to meditate on posthumanism, multi-agency intelligence, and our relationships with manipulated living systems.
In the search to link scientific innovation with musical comprehensibility, his work spans techniques including biotechnology, sound design, and live performance. Before transitioning to art, Psients received training as a neuroscientist and was involved in biomedical research, focusing on the development of next-generation pharmaceuticals (electric “electroceutical” medicines) and synthetic biology. In addition to working as a researcher, Psients also pursued a semi-professional career in electronic music, producing four singles and one EP and performing on several tours across Asia.

Jeffrey Jehwan Kim is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Industrial Design at Konkuk University in Seoul and the head of the AESCA Design Studio, a space and exhibition agency. He majored in architecture at Cornell University in the U.S. and graduated from Seoul National University's Master of Architecture after studying under a minor in Design Environmental Analysis.
Focusing on interest in architecture and space, the space is planned in a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses various fields such as video, furniture, science, and music. Space planning, design, production, and installation were carried out in various exhibitions including the Seoul Urban Architecture Biennale (2019, 2021) and the Suseong International Biennale Pre-Biennial (2023).
In addition, he is actively engaged as an artist who breaks down the boundaries between digital and analog formats and creates a single holistic (Neu-Gesamtkunstwerk) space experience by newly weaving traditional media. In collaboration with Paradise Art Lab (2022) and Hyundai Motor Zero One (2023), he has announced the pavilion installation work, and will continue to explore the relationship between digital content and spatial design in depth through his works.

Young-guk Cho, the CEO of Global Venture Network, has an extensive background in both the bio and business sectors. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in biotechnology from Sogang University and completed a Ph.D. program in biochemistry at Hanyang University. He also earned an MBA from Sogang University. Early in his career, Cho worked as a senior researcher at the Pharmaceutical and Dermatology Research Institutes of AmorePacific Technology Research Center and later served as a marketing team leader at AmorePacific Pharmaceuticals.

Currently, as the CEO of Global Venture Network, he advises companies in the bio and healthcare sectors on investments, technology commercialization, overseas expansion, and IPO strategies.
In addition to his corporate roles, Cho provides policy and management consulting to governments, local authorities, institutions, and companies on bio-sector technology commercialization, investment, and global market strategies. Jung Eui-chul is a highly accomplished design professional who holds a degree in Design from Seoul National University and a Master's from the Institute of Design (ID) at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT).During his undergraduate studies, Jung founded and managed thedesign studio Able Design Group, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the field. He later worked on product and UX projects at TriGem Computer and Motorola’s HCI Lab, earning prestigious accolades such as the Korea Industrial Design Award, Red Dot, iF Design Award, and the Meta Design Competition.In addition to his practical experience, Jung has held academic positions, including serving as adjunct faculty at IIT and as an assistant professor in the Department of Living Design at Yonsei University. His extensive background in both industry and academia has equipped him with a deep understanding of design practices and methodologies.Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Design at Seoul National University, where he also serves as the Dean of the College of Fine Arts. Sunhee(Sunny) Jang is a Research Professor at Honik University in Seoul. Korea. Her research has been published in numerous domestic/international journals and a book at Cambridge Scholars Publishing. She worked as an Exhibition Team Director at ZKM(Karlsruhe, Germany), Curator for international research at National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea, and Full-Time Lecturer at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Paweł Janicki is a new media artist, author of music performance works, curator of art projects and producer. He was born in 1974 and lives and works in Wrocław.
Paweł Janicki's activities are extremely difficult to classify. In his works, he draws primarily from music, contemporary and media art, as well as posthumanist practices. He engages in generative music and microsounds, but his compositions occasionally also take the form of visual pieces (for instance, fractal animations). He creates compositions based on algorithms and interactive systems, as well as installations and performances. He draws inspiration from the electronic and electroacoustic avant-garde. He uses self-designed programmes and military or commercial technology.
Janicki is a founding member of the music group Gameboyzz Orchestra Project, which plays music on GameBoy consoles. He collaborates with the WRO Art Center, where he manages the WRO Lab and is a member of the programme team, as well as with the Youth Behind the Machines Group, Nemesis, Job Karma, the 25fps Group, and Samploza Lab Anssample.

Hyun Ju Kim (ex-media) works as a media artist, exhibiting various digital experimental films, interactive installations, and robotic art both nationally and internationally. Niceaunties is an artist and designer based in Singapore. Drawing inspiration from the influential women in her family and the distinct 'auntie culture,' her work explores themes of ageing, beauty, personal freedom, and everyday life through AI art. Her life experiences and architectural training inform the conceptual basis of her pieces, while her focus on the nuanced behaviours of 'aunties' highlights the culture prevalent in Asian communities.
Influenced by surrealism, fantasy, and kawaii culture, Niceaunties' art champions empowerment and self-expression. The niceaunties project was presented in a TED talk in Vancouver in 2024. Moving beyond traditional gallery spaces, Park explores public art and performance, pushing the boundaries of interaction and experience. He is known for his collaborative projects across disciplines such as engineering, natural sciences, and the humanities, constantly seeking to redefine the role of art in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Park holds a degree in Visual Design from Seoul National University and a master's degree from the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London. Jinok Cho(born, 1979) is a composer in both acoustic and electro-acoustic music, as well as a media-artist, recording engineer, sound designer, researcher working for the Center for Arts and Technologies at Seoul National University, and a lecturer teaching at several universities in Korea.
His compositions have been performed widely, including ARKO Contemporary Orchestral Music Festival (2019), Seoul International Computer Music Festival (2016), Pan Music Festival (2013), London New Wind Festival (2010), International Computer Music Conference (2006), and so on. Especially, he successfully presented his composition recital entitled “Electronic-V” with immersive live-video (2022).
Also, his recent activities have appeared at various media art venues such as Asia Culture Center, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Hyundai motorstudio-Seoul and Nam Jun Paik Art Center collaborating with artists such as Bae Jungwan, Kenny Kyungmi Kim, Joohun Lee and Elly Cho.
